VFRS is so glad that the City of Belen Chamber of Commerce invited us once again to participate in this annual community event. As a fitting end to a day of Becker Street festivities, which included arts, crafts, food, and all-day music, several of our club pilots and their crews, plus good friend Michael and Misty Korfe and their crew, put up a glorious evening stand-up glow. A photo of Grant & Peaches Crawford’s “Jr.” glowing beside Don and Connie Boyer’s “Airrageous” made the front cover of the Belen Chamber’s monthly newsletter. The Korfe’s “Bumpy” was a major attraction and source of wide-eyed wonder for many many children. Way to Glow!
